Giveaway of 1 ticket for the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2025 via Instagram & Facebook on 21 September 2025 in Berlin. (German Version)

Promotion period

The promotion period is scheduled from 25.09.2024 – 30.09.2024.

The winners will be notified via Instagram or Facebook by @vilsa.brunnen. The giveaway must be accepted within 24 hours, otherwise it will expire and a new winner will be chosen. The free entry code for the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2025 will be sent to the winner in spring 2025.

Organizer of the campaign

The organiser of the campaign is the company ‘VILSA-BRUNNEN Otto Rodekohr GmbH’, Alte Drift 1 in 27305 Bruchhausen-Vilsen (hereinafter referred to as VILSA-BRUNNEN). You can find the full legal notice at www.vilsa.de

Persons authorised to participate

Any natural person aged 18 or over who is resident in Germany may take part. Employees of VILSA-BRUNNEN, its affiliated companies and co-operation partners as well as their respective relatives are excluded from participation.

A cash payment or exchange of the giveaway is not possible.

Participation in the giveaway

Every person who shares their VILSA BMW BERLIN-MARATHON moment in their Instagram / Facebook story and tags @vilsa.brunnen will automatically be entered into the giveaway. The participant must have a public profile for this.

Exclusion of participants

In order to participate in the promotion, it is essential that all personal details are truthful. VILSA-BRUNNEN is authorised to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, manipulation, etc. Participation on behalf of third parties, in particular by competition agencies, is not permitted. Payout claims are not transferable to third parties. VILSA-BRUNNEN reserves the right to reclaim refunds in the aforementioned cases, even retrospectively.

Changes to the conditions of participation and termination of the promotion

VILSA-BRUNENN reserves the right to cancel or terminate the promotion without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case, participants are not entitled to any claims against VILSA-BRUNNEN.

VILSA-BRUNNEN also reserves the right to exclude participants from taking part in the promotion. This applies in particular in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or if a participant makes use of manipulation. The exclusion can also be pronounced retrospectively. If such a modification/termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, VILSA-BRUNNEN is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred. VILSA-BRUNNEN reserves the right to change the conditions of participation or to extend or limit the time frame.

Liability

All information is provided without guarantee.

VILSA-BRUNNEN accepts no liability whatsoever, except in cases of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of VILSA-BRUNNEN.

VILSA-BRUNNEN accepts no liability for loss of data, in particular during data transmission, and other technical defects beyond its control. VILSA-BRUNNEN is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the campaign website in the event of technical faults and force majeure events beyond its control, or faults caused by third parties. Furthermore, VILSA-BRUNNEN does not guarantee that the campaign website will function properly on the respective participant’s computer.

Other terms and conditions

1. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
3. By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to these conditions of participation.
4. This competition is in no way connected to Meta, Facebook and Instagram.
